ABOUT ME

I’m an instructional designer creating engaging, practical, and results-driven e-Learning solutions. I don’t just build trainings, I look for the real problem behind a performance gap and design with that in mind. My goal is always to help people do their jobs better, not just learn more. 

I bring a mix of creativity and problem-solving to my work, using authoring and creative tools to build engaging, user-friendly content. Everything I design is grounded in what the business needs and what learners need to do differently, so the learning actually makes a difference. 

I thrive on using data and learner feedback. From designing interactive modules, assessments, and gamified learning to crafting scenario-based simulations, my approach is rooted in practical, evidence-based solutions. 

I bring a rich blend of experiences to my work. As a former special education teacher and case manager, I developed strong skills in writing clear, measurable learning objectives, project management, breaking down complex ideas into manageable steps, and making learning accessible to all learners. 

My experience in the classroom also taught me the importance of empathy, adaptability, and clarity in communication, which are at the core of my design philosophy.
